| The pedicure spas are delivered by truck. Delivery is paid by the customer. |

| 4. | Do the spas come with a warranty? |
| Yes. There is a manufacturer's warranty of one year. It is very important that spas are operated as specified in the Owner's Manual. Warranty is void if the pump is operated without water. |

| 5. | Who can install the pedicure spa? |
| Professional installation is required to ensure proper connections before use. The installation MUST comply with local, state, and national building plumbing codes. |
